RIG Police Recruit is a specialist police recruitment agency dedicated solely to providing skills to UK Police Forces, they supply experienced former police officers on a temporary contract basis nationwide. RIG Police Recruit is a very successful company and has/is experiencing high growth. The challenge was to develop a range of marketing materials that reflected their leading position in the market place.

The Solution

As with any fast growing company there are usually two key issues; 1) The team are too busy working with clients and candidates to have any time to reflect on their marketing activities and 2) the marketing strategy to date has been successfully developed organically over time and perhaps not all the elements are pulling in the same direction.

Marketing on a Shoestring first conducted and audit of the current situation the developed a full costed proposal to cover the re-branding of the company and the delivery of a full range of marketing materials. Marketing on a Shoestring also worked with RIG Police Recruit to market the project internally to the staff.
