About the Client: Silverwell Dental Surgery
Silverwell Dental Surgery is a successful and busy surgery in the town centre of Bolton. The partners objectives were two fold; firstly to encourage their current patients to think more broadly about their dental health and appearance and secondly to generate greater levels of referrals for dental implant treatments from other local dentists.
The Solution
The first step was to understand the current situation then develop a plan to build on that. The market research phase was critical as we are able to develop a solution based on the successful experiences of another practice. Marketing on a Shoestring developed a range of printed items and a direct mail pack for to pass to referring dental practices. We also took Silverwell on-line through the development of the website and worked with their local IT support contractor to ensure each member of staff has an email address and internet access.
