Each year Victor Boats are keen to understand how their customer base perceive their customer service and product quality. In addition they need to plan the following years regatta schedule and look at any product modifications.
In order to make sure the correct decisions are made Marketing on a Shoestring conducted and an on-line customer survey.
The survey was conducted on-line to minimise costs as all the processing and collation of data was managed by the on-line system which also made the presentation of the results quicker.
Marketing on a Shoestring managed the whole process which achieved a 60% response rate and reported the results which allowed the company to make decisions and move forwards.
Marketing on a Shoestring also leveraged the survey results with the press to generate some positive editorial coverage.
